1. Platform access and eligibility
To use Influocial, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring your campaigns comply with applicable advertising, disclosure, and platform policies.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Influocial accounts are for internal business use. You may not share access outside your organization without our written permission.
3. Creator content and usage rights
Creators generally retain ownership of their content unless otherwise agreed between the creator and brand. Brands are responsible for securing the usage rights they need and for ensuring proper disclosures (for example, #ad or #sponsored when required).
You grant Influocial a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process content solely to provide the services. We do not grant you any additional rights beyond your agreements with creators.
User accounts and subscriptions are non-transferable . For agencies: please ensure each client has their own account if they require direct access or support.
4. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with your account.
Refunds, if applicable, follow our published refund policy. Please contact support within the stated window for eligibility.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Influocial is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or compatibility with every third-party tool.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Influocial will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Account termination and suspension
Influocial may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create risk to creators, brands, or the community, including but not limited to
- Fraudulent or misleading campaigns and claims
- Harassment or abusive behavior toward creators or staff
- IP infringement or unauthorized use of creator content
- Spamming, scraping, hacking, or other security threats
- Violations of advertising disclosure or platform policies
7. Privacy and data
We take privacy seriously. Influocial does not sell your personal information. We use data to operate the platform, support customers, and improve our services.
